Retiring…..
i’m officially going to be finishing up on this blog….i will probably move all my photographs over to my photo blog on blogger with my main blog….thanks for following and i hope to you continue to keep in contact!
More Sun Please
It was an overcast day when I took this photo and the deep sunflower stood out against the almost white background….but, well you know sometimes you just want it to be sunny!
In the Garden
I went out to take some shots of sunflowers a few blocks from my house, and discovered these red ones right across the road….I never knew they made them in red !!
Subdued
Subdued I am not…but I am liking the hazy and overcast days, wonderful different lights to shoot in. I was so used to smiles in the sunlight when I was modelling, I never knew so many moods existed.
On My Windowsill
This little plant was given to me by my middle son and is the only surviving plant in my house…except my bonsai. It survived the freezing winter…and is flowering once again. I used a photo of my tan leather couch as a texture for fun.
I won’t be posting with meme’s for the rest of this month, well maybe one or two, but i will be posting every day. Please drop by…don’t forget me!
Trouble leaving comments
I’ve been having trouble leaving comments on Blogger blogs. It seems to be mostly the older template styles but not all and it doesn’t seem to make a different whether i’m posting thru wordpress or Blogger. I don’t know if anyone else is having the same problems, but just know that I have probably stopped by to see you!
Snowballs – Macro Monday
that’s what I used to call these when I was a kid….we had white ones growing in our backyard and my brother and I would have snowball fights with them…I’m sure my Mum got mad!
